The rooms are decorated in a boutique style, giving a touch of luxury. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance of Scarborough town centre and the Spa. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast served is delicious and provides a good start to the day.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Warm friendly greeting from the host before being shown into our inviting and immaculately clean room. We were only there one night but will seek availabity next time we're in Grimsby.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their boutique style decor, is impressive. The location, not far from both the south beach and the town centre, is ideal for exploring Scarborough. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast options are delicious.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The free parking and breakfast were the best. The parking made it easy to explore the town without worrying about the car. The breakfast was great and included a variety of options. the location was convenient to explore nearby attractions, such as the beach and a beautiful park.
The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage. The bed was not comfortable and the room lacked basic amenities.

The guest house is located in a quiet residential area on 'the square', which is not too far from Scarborough town centre. the rooms are well equipped and clean, with plenty of tea and coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast served is delicious and plentiful, with a full English option as well as cereal and orange juice. the hosts are welcoming and provide a warm and friendly service, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One reviewer mentioned that the decor of the room was oppressive, with black and leopard skin effect wallpaper, black curtains, and a large ornate mirror and canvas on the walls.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The hotel's location in a clean establishment, close to all town attractions and Peasholm Park, was ideal for exploring the area. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The rooms had a charming boutique style and the breakfast selection was delicious.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.
